I made a Christmas Card to share with you today. I just love the new Petite Pennants Builder Punch from Stampin' Up! they also have a stamp set that goes with it. It is called Pennant Parade Stamp Set. I used the Petite Pennants Builder Punch to make the 3-D Christmas tree. It take 3 of the Scallop part of the pennat punch to make the 3-D tree.
